Responsibility

  • Organizing daily activities in the sales room;

  • Placing merchandise orders;

  • Planning, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of subordinate staff;

  • Managing unexpected situations and resolving conflicts that arise within the store.

Obligations

  • Specialized secondary education (higher education is an advantage);

  • Retail sales experience is an advantage;

  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

  • MS Office proficiency;

  • Organizational skills and excellent communication abilities;

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities.
