Rogob Company is seeking a colleague to fill the position of Management Systems Specialist. As a Management Systems Specialist, you will contribute to the assurance, implementation, and continual improvement of the company's management systems.
implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the ISO 22000:2018, HACCP standards; the 9001 quality management system;
organizing and conducting internal audit activities in accordance with the SM, as well as post-audit activities;
organizing external and third-party (supplier) audits;
monitoring the conformity of internal processes with the requirements of standards and current legislation;
writing and updating procedures, instructions, and documentation of management systems;
defining programs, plans, and conducting periodic evaluations in the organization and territory to identify, test, and promote opportunities for process improvement, aiming for operational excellence in collaboration with other relevant departments;
training and educating employees on the requirements of the management systems;
tracking performance indicators and implementing action plans for improvement;
coordinating activities related to Food Safety.
-completed higher education (preferably in fields such as food engineering, quality, environment, or management);
-minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
-solid knowledge of relevant ISO standards (9001, 22000);
-skills in analysis, planning, and prioritizing tasks;
-good working competence with the MS Office suite.
