• Organizing daily activities in the sales floor;

• Placing merchandise orders;

• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of subordinate employees;

• Managing unforeseen situations and resolving conflicts that arise within the store.

• Secondary specialized studies (higher education is an advantage);

• Retail sales experience is an advantage;

• Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

• MS Office skills;

• Organizational skills and excellent communication competencies;

• Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities.
