Production Manager - Carpentry Workshop Head

• Setting up workstations, maintaining cleanliness in the workshop, timely ordering of necessary materials, and shipping of finished products;

• Collaborating with managers to make on-site measurements, assist in technical solutions, checking drawings before production begins, and making corrections as needed;

• Interacting with other productions for complex orders (often involves coordination with metalworking and construction departments);

• Quality control of products before delivery to customers. It is very important for our company to ensure the items we manufacture are of very high quality. It will be your responsibility to oversee the entire production process and promptly correct any errors;

• The result of your work is a quality order completed and delivered to the client on time.

• Having your own car is a significant advantage;

• Knowledge of various wood species, their characteristics, uses and treatment, and the technology involved in manufacturing, assembly, and installation;

• Ability to manage production operations: machine setups, workplace cleanliness, timely ordering of necessary materials, and shipment of finished goods.
