• Verification and preparation of documentation regarding construction estimates, pricing;

• Preparation of documents for completed works;

• Preparing documentation for loss provisioning;

• Drafting plans and reports on income according to contracts, loss documents;

• Performing checks according to the volume of work and pricing of completed works;

• Systematic analysis of prices for construction works, etc.

• Good knowledge of the construction materials market;

• Understanding of execution technologies;

• Higher technical education;

• Experience in preparing and optimizing work budgets;

• Experience in analyzing procurement documents (specifications, datasheets, plans) and preparing comprehensive offers, taking into account requirements;

• Proficient computer user (MS Office - Excel, Word, WinSmeta).
