Linella Company is looking for a Production Operator in the packaging department , who will have the role of ensuring the continuous and safe operation of the production process, by performing preparatory, auxiliary and daily technical maintenance operations, as well as maintaining the equipment and work area in proper condition.
Preparing the workplace, materials and equipment before the start of the shift;
Checking the packaging, labels and necessary auxiliary materials;
Operating packaging equipment (mixers, dispensers, conveyors, etc.);
Monitoring equipment operation and reporting any malfunctions;
Participation in the cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production space;
Replacing consumables and supporting key operators;
Compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, occupational health and safety, PSI).
Fulfillment of the production plan;
Respecting cleanliness and order in the workplace (5S principles);
Minimum unplanned equipment downtime;
Correctness of daily maintenance operations.
Secondary or specialized secondary education.
Production line experience — advantage , but not required (on-the-job training provided).
Technical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy, availability for physical activity.
Responsibility, discipline, ability to work in a team.
For food production — valid health card or availability to obtain one.
