Currently, we are looking for a HR Specialist to join our youthful team eager to conquer new heights.

• Managing recruitment channels;

• Identifying staff needs;

• Interviewing and selecting candidates;

• Developing employee assessment and motivation systems;

• Determining employee needs and managing the training process;

• Developing and implementing training and orientation programs for new employees;

• Higher education;

• 3+ years of experience in the field;

• Attention to detail;

• Proactive;

• Proficiency in Romanian and Russian;

• Qualities: responsible, punctual, disciplined, energetic, efficient, communicative.
