We are looking for a charismatic, organized and passionate person who will become the driving force behind our team , responsible for attracting, training and motivating new real estate agents.
Your main role
You will be the starting point of every Connect Imobil agent's career.
From the first interview to the moment the agent closes their first sale — you are the guide, mentor, and source of energy that helps them succeed.
Active recruitment of new real estate agents: writing ads, selecting CVs, online and face-to-face interviews;
Organization of initial training programs (4–5 days) : theory, practice, role-plays and follow-up sessions;
Creating and updating training materials – presentations, guides, videos, scripts and worksheets;
Holding periodic workshops for the continuous development of active agents;
Tracking the progress of each new agent in the first few months and providing constant feedback;
Close collaboration with the management team to optimize recruitment and training processes.
Previous experience in recruitment or training (major advantage: sales / real estate );
Excellent communication, assessment and people motivation skills;
Team spirit, positive energy and professional discipline;
Organized thinking and results orientation;
Basic knowledge of CRMs and digital tools (advantage: amoCRM, Google Sheets ).

Fixed salary from €900 + motivational bonuses for performance.
