Finding candidates using various social media platforms;
Preparing and posting job advertisements on multiple channels;
Screening resumes and candidates;
Conducting interviews.
Experience in the field (an advantage);
Completed university studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or other similar specializations;
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms (e.g., Rabota, Facebook, LinkedIn);
Knowledge of various types of interviews and interviewing skills.
