Trading, manufacturing, and importing company is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department and continuously develop the internal team. It is a key position that requires close collaboration with the sales, marketing, finance, and logistics teams.
Full coordination of the human resources department
Recruiting, motivation, training, tracking employee KPIs
Creating and implementing professional development and adaptation programs
Participation in strategic projects (automation, AI, talent recruitment)
Monitoring organizational performance indicators
Assessment and continuous development of the HR team
Experience in the field (minimum 5 years)
Completed higher education
Solid knowledge in performance evaluation, motivation, training, adaptation, and efficiency indicators (KPIs)
Organizational, coordination, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with modern platforms (1C, Bitrix24, management and reporting systems)
Annual reevaluation based on performance
Company-funded training, participation in international events, bonuses for completed projects
Real possibility of advancement to the position of deputy director (coordinating multiple departments)

Permanent employment contract
Rare travel (1-2 times/month)
Professional work environment, results-oriented, with modern management tools
Probation period (3 months): 18,000 lei net + 2,000 lei variable
After probation period: 20,000 lei net + 4,000 lei variable
Location: Chișinău, (Petricani circle)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
