* Development and implementation of human resource strategies, in alignment with organizational objectives.
* Managing the process of recruitment and selection of new employees.
* Participation in the screening of CVs, interviewing and testing of candidates, and ensuring proper conduct of written competitions.
*Communicating results to candidates, being part of the committee responsible for staffing and promotion.
Administration of processes for training, professional development, performance evaluation, and human resource planning.
* Develops the Training Program according to the requests of department heads, organization of internal and external professional development courses, in accordance with this program.
* Providing consultancy and support to management teams in the field of human resources
* Management of employee relations, including conflict mediation and managing performance-related issues.
* Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company regulations.
*Supervises adherence to work safety norms and communicates control results to managers.
*Development of employee motivation policy, drafting KPIs, and team development.
* Conducting market analysis, salary surveys, and tracking market trends;
* Presenting to company management periodic reports and information;
* Responsible for organizing events and the company's corporate policy.
- Higher education in the fields of: Human Resources, Management, Psychology.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation and good practices in the HR field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to work with a database (MS Office, Outlook, Power Point, 1C (8.3).
- Fluent knowledge of Romanian, Russian;
- Planning, organization, and activity control skills, decision-making, initiative.
- Qualifications confirmed by certificates in the human resources field present an advantage;
- Experience in the recruitment and personnel selection process.
