In the context of expanding into the northern part of the country, we are looking for a HR Manager.

Responsibility

We will entrust you with:

  • Plan and organize human resources activities

  • Ensure the application of the company's personnel policies in accordance with legal norms and CM provisions

  • Monitor and implement legal provisions in the field of labor relations

  • Update information in the internal HR system

  • Develop and implement staff evaluation and motivation programs

  • Organize and coordinate the recruitment, hiring, training, and development process

  • Plan and coordinate the orientation of new employees to facilitate their integration into the company

  • Ensure the connection with the human resources department within the group

  • Participate in other administrative activities that require the involvement of the HR Manager

Obligations

Requirements:

  • Higher education

  • Knowledge of labor legislation

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the human resources field

  • Proficiency in Russian, Romanian (fluent) and at least B1-B2 in English

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel - mandatory, Outlook, 1-C) and the ability to learn new software

  • High level of responsibility and confidentiality

  • Organizational skills

  • Planning and prioritization skills

  • Analysis and synthesis skills

  • Negotiation skills

  • Positive and proactive attitude, team spirit

Salary

Working conditions

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30-17:30 with a one-hour lunch break

  • Central office in Chișinău, 51 Alexandru cel Bun Street
