We are a construction company that has been operating in the Moldovan market since 2016, specializing in turnkey apartment renovations. We work in Chisinau and its suburbs. We are currently looking for a HR manager / recruiter who will constantly search for employees and managers for us (foremen, craftsmen, project managers).
- Constant search and recruitment of employees (craftsmen, foremen, managers).
- Posting job openings on websites, in social networks, and Telegram and Facebook groups.
- Initial screening of candidates by phone/online.
- Creating and maintaining a candidate database.
- Organizing interviews.
- Maintaining a talent pool to always have people "on the bench".
- Experience in recruitment (construction industry is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, ability to "sell" the job vacancy.
- Ability to quickly find candidates on social networks, messengers, and websites.
- Responsible, systematic, and results-oriented.

Salary: fixed 12,000 lei + bonus for each recruited employee.
