We are currently searching for an experienced HR director who can develop and implement an effective human resource management strategy for the entire holding.
Development and implementation of a personnel management strategy within the holding company, taking into account the specifics of each company
Management of recruitment, adaptation, development, and retention processes for employees
Formation of corporate culture and change management
Implementation of employee appraisal and motivation systems
Management of the HR event budget, analysis, and control of HR initiative effectiveness
Interacting with the heads of holding company departments to identify personnel needs and plan workforce development
Experience working in the position of HR Director/Head of HR Department
Knowledge of modern HR practices, tools, and personnel management methodologies
Successful experience in implementing HR strategies aimed at developing corporate culture and increasing staff efficiency
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent in Romanian and Russian languages
Cozy modern office (Buiucani)
Encouragement of initiative, no micro-management
