- Management of recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention processes.
- Developing corporate culture and managing change.
- Implementing employee assessment and motivation systems.
- Supporting leaders in managing their teams.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR manager position.
- Knowledge of modern HR practices, tools, and personnel management techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Russian.
