Our client - a domestic company, founded in 1990, whose main activity is the import and wholesale trade of petroleum products.
-Coordinating the entire recruitment and selection process, from posting job advertisements to communicating results to candidates
-Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, organizing training sessions, and facilitating the adjustment period
-Handling human resources activities, with a focus on monitoring attendance, work schedules, and adherence to internal policies
-Planning and implementing professional development activities, based on needs identified within the organization
-Conducting performance evaluation processes and providing constructive feedback to employees, in collaboration with managers
-Supporting a positive organizational climate through surveys, effective internal communication, and mediating any potential workplace conflicts
-Fluency in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage)
-At least 5 years of work experience as an HR Manager
-Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
-Strong analytical skills and experience in optimizing work processes
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Reduction in sports attendance
-Compensating 50% of the lunch cost
