We are looking for a recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting the best candidates for open positions within our company.
Identifying and attracting suitable candidates through various recruitment channels;
Creating and posting job advertisements on different platforms;
Selecting and analyzing candidates' resumes according to the client's desired profile;
Conducting interviews with candidates;
Maintaining an updated database of candidates.
Previous experience in recruitment (is an advantage);
Excellent communication and writing skills in Romanian;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Computer literacy;
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
