Moldcell Company, part of CG Corp Global, is seeking for a proactive, highly organized, independent HR Administrator for the new group business line: CG BYD Auto Europe HQ.
This role requires a strong communicator who can excel in a busy environment.
As CG Auto Europe business vertical continues to grow and expand in the European region, we are looking for a highly organized individual to support our HR functions across the region. Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is essential.
The role focuses on maintaining efficient HR operations, ensuring data accuracy, and acting as a central point of support for employees across the organization.
The role is based in the Republic of Moldova.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in full compliance with GDPR and local employment legislation.
Ensuring all HR documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including contract issuance and the entire set of complete mandatory documentation.
Act as the main central contact point for employee queries, providing clear and timely information and support
Assist in payroll procession and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports and deliver administrative support to management.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent administrator, able to work to a high standard of accuracy.
Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR Administration, Finance Administration, Finance Assistant or payroll would be beneficial though not essential.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Good communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
Fluency in Romanian and English, Mandarin Chinese - would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with in a team
University degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Positive attitude, great time management and planning competencies
