Main goal
Developing an effective recruiting and personnel integration system at all levels, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline, and supporting new employees and managers in the onboarding process.
Leading a team of recruiters and close collaboration with department heads.
Monitoring the timelines and quality of vacancy filling, including working with the internal talent pool.
Supporting the onboarding of new employees.
Improving hiring and onboarding processes, including through automation.
Developing reports on key HR metrics with analysis and suggestions for improvement.
Participating in HR projects and events aimed at team building and enhancing the company's brand as an employer.
Experience in recruitment and staff adaptation at all levels for over 3 years.
Understanding of all HR processes and knowledge of labor legislation.
Team management skills.
Having experience in implementing automated recruiting and adaptation programs is an advantage.
High level of communication skills and empathy.
