We are looking for a passionate Recruiter about people and processes, who will actively contribute to attracting the most suitable talents for our company. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with real opportunities for learning and development. The role is open for a limited period, so the contract will be for a fixed term.
Management of the entire recruitment process for various positions – from identifying needs to concluding the process.
Writing and publishing job ads on relevant platforms and social media.
Active sourcing of candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, professional networks, etc.).
Screening and selection of suitable candidates, conducting initial interviews.
Coordination and scheduling of interviews with department managers.
Ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Updating the internal database with information about candidates and the selection process.
Engagement in employer branding projects and promoting the company's image in the job market.
Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
Close collaboration with the HR team to align the recruitment strategy with organizational needs.
Completed higher education or in progress (preferably in human resources, psychology, sociology, or related fields).
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (full cycle or active sourcing).
Basic knowledge of the job market and recruitment channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in an organized manner and result-oriented.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Romanian – fluent, Russian – conversational level; English – at least intermediate level.
