• Conducting the full cycle of personnel recruitment (from application to onboarding).
• Communicating with department heads at all stages.
• Preparing reports based on key HR metrics.
• Participating in HR events aimed at improving corporate culture.
-Previous experience in a similar HR Manager / Recruiter position is an advantage;
-Skills in integrating and evaluating new employees;
-Excellent communication skills, proactivity, initiative;
-Ability to take on responsibilities and propose efficient solutions;
-Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages – mandatory.
