PROFMET – manufacturer, importer, supplier, and distributor of fastening elements, tools,
abrasives, and personal protective equipment in the country, is hiring a dedicated and passionate Company Stores Manager :)

• You manage the team and coordinate the store's daily activities;

• You monitor product orders, stock levels, and inventory processes;

• You ensure that sales principles are correctly and efficiently implemented in the store;

• You plan the activities and work schedule of team members and provide constant feedback;

• You ensure that operational and personnel performance indicators are met according to objectives;

• You actively participate in recruiting and training new employees;

• You are directly involved in the store's commercial and operational activities.

What do we expect from the candidate?

Must-Have:

• Experience in the commerce/retail field and in coordinating a team;

• Customer-oriented thinking and ability to organize and prioritize;

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian;

• Good PC operating skills, including 1C and Microsoft Office;

• Availability for travel;

• Driving license category B.
