We are looking for a determined Head of Recruitment and Onboarding who will help our company attract the best talents and create comfortable conditions for their successful start.
Development and implementation of a personnel recruitment strategy.
Managing hiring processes, from developing job profile descriptions to onboarding the employee.
Organization and control of new employees' adaptation processes.
Building and developing an effective recruiting team.
Interacting with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Analyzing the job market and implementing modern recruitment tools.
Monitoring and improving the department's performance indicators.
At least 2 years of experience in staffing and/or adapting personnel at a managerial position.
Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and candidate assessment tools.
Team management skills, task setting, and control of their completion.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment and adhere to deadlines.
Experience in developing and implementing adaptation programs will be an advantage.
