We are looking for a determined Head of Recruitment and Onboarding who will help our company attract the best talents and create comfortable conditions for their successful start.
Development and implementation of the staff recruitment strategy.
Management of the entire hiring process — from defining the job profile to integrating the employee.
Organization and supervision of the new hires' integration process.
Training and development of an efficient team of recruiters.
Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
Analysis of the labor market and implementation of modern recruitment tools.
Monitoring and improving the department's performance indicators.
At least 2 years of experience in staffing and/or adapting personnel at a managerial position.
Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and candidate assessment tools.
Team management skills, task setting, and control of their completion.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment and adhere to deadlines.
Experience in developing and implementing adaptation programs will be an advantage.
