As an HR manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational tasks aimed at ensuring synergy between employees and the business goals of the company.
Your responsibilities will include the following key functions:
- Participation in onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees.
- Conducting and supporting Performance Review and 360 assessments.
- Monitoring and analyzing labor market trends, HR practices, and internal changes.
- Preparing HR reports and analytical data based on HR metrics.
- Organization of corporate events.
- Accompanying employees throughout the entire life cycle at the company.
- Ensuring the office's functioning, addressing organizational and administrative issues.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR specialist or recruiter position.
- Experience with task trackers, knowledge bases, and HR systems is welcomed.
- Communication skills, attention to detail, stress resilience, ability to create a friendly atmosphere, creativity.
- High level of engagement.
