Due to expansion, the company has opened a position for an HR Manager.
Full-cycle recruitment process management at both local and international levels;
Onboarding and integration of new employees, overseeing their probationary periods;
Development of a grading and employee evaluation system;
Regular one-on-one meetings with employees and department leaders to monitor their motivation, engagement, and satisfaction;
Assistance in fostering and maintaining a positive work environment, organizing team-building and professional development events.
The ability to articulate one's thoughts clearly and correctly, both orally and in writing;
To be proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented;
Possessing good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team;
Advanced PC skills (MS Office);
The ability to handle a large volume of information, organize and plan work;
Proficiency in Russian is mandatory;
Proficiency in English/Romanian is an advantage;
Experience in human resource management is an advantage;
Experience in developing and implementing HR projects is an advantage.
