Due to expansion, the company is now hiring for the position - Recruiter.

Processing incoming resumes: initial screening and input into CRM;
Finding suitable candidates using social networks and internet search;
Planning and organizing interviews with candidates;
Managing candidates from receiving their CV to their job start (communication at each selection stage);
Preparing periodic reports for the company management;
Participating in organizing company events (corporate parties, team buildings, conferences, fairs, etc.).
The ability to clearly and accurately express thoughts - orally and in writing;
Being proactive, responsible, and attentive to detail;
Possessing strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team;
Advanced PC proficiency (MS Office);
Previous experience as a recruiter is not required but is an advantage;
Good command of the Russian language, knowledge of English/Romanian is an advantage.

Salary Range From 1000 USD
