Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting professional opportunities on job boards, social networks, and other specific platforms in France;
Identifying candidates based on the required profile through active sourcing;
Processing CVs and conducting phone screenings in line with the requirements of the targeted position;
Updating and managing the candidate database;
Maintaining close collaboration with Recruiters in France;
Generating reports and documentation specific to recruitment activities.
To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:
Advanced level of French (B2-C1 level) for effective communication both over the phone and in writing in daily activities;
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite;
Good communication skills and the ability to relate well with people;
Adaptability, maturity, and a clearly demonstrated analytical spirit;
A willingness to learn and use new tools.
