Recruitment Team Leader

• Leading and coordinating a recruitment and sourcing team for commercial projects with international exposure (Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland);

• Recruiting, training, and coaching new team members;

• Actively participating in and organizing recruitment events;

• Monitoring team performance and generating periodic reports for management;

• Delegating tasks and overseeing the process of achieving targets/goals;

• Reporting results to the recruitment department manager;

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

• Experience in coordinating and motivating a team (at least 2 years);

• Experience in national and international recruiting;

• Advanced English language skills;

• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PPT);

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;

• Leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and guide the team;

• Results-oriented with attention to detail.
