Leading and coordinating a recruitment and sourcing team for commercial projects with international exposure (Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland);
Recruiting, training, and coaching new team members;
Actively participating in and organizing recruitment events;
Monitoring team performance and generating periodic reports for management;
Delegating tasks and overseeing the process of achieving targets/goals;
Reporting results to the recruitment department manager;
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Experience in coordinating and motivating a team (at least 2 years);
Experience in national and international recruiting;
Advanced English language skills;
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PPT);
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
Leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and guide the team;
Results-oriented with attention to detail.
