Creation of the architectural concept for the project;
Development of informative BIM models based on the task provided by the ASP, using specialized software (Revit, ArchiCad);
Preparation of technical drawings for PG, POC, SA compartments;
Communication and collaboration with the team of engineers, builders, and other domain specialists involved in the project to ensure the project's quality during execution;
Participation in the author's supervision.
Advanced specialized studies (completed or in progress);
Advanced knowledge in ArchiCAD or Revit;
Graphic editing in Corel Draw and Photoshop;
Experience in designing civil and industrial constructions (considered an advantage);
Creative vision and mindset;
Attention to detail and focus;
Dynamic, active personality with initiative;
Excellent teamwork skills;
Self-discipline, perseverance, and responsibility at work;
A portfolio with completed projects (considered an advantage).
