Responsibility

· Creating the structural concept of the object; · Developing informative BIM models based on the task provided by the ISP, using specialized software (Tekla, Revit, or Advance Steel); · Preparing technical drawings for CBA, CM, or CMD compartments; · Conducting strength calculations using dedicated programs (SCAD Office, Lira, SAP2000, etc.) is an advantage; · Collaborating and coordinating with other specialties (architecture, installations); · Rigorous and detailed control of the correctness of project documents; · Participation in the supervision of the authorship.

Obligations

- Higher education in the relevant field; Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Construction; - Experience in the design of civil and industrial constructions (is an advantage); - Experience in project monitoring and management (is an advantage); - Advanced knowledge in SCAD Office or Lira, Tekla, or Advance Steel or equivalent; - Ability to prepare technical documentation; - Attention to detail and concentration; - Dynamic, active personality with initiative; - Excellent team working skills; - Self-discipline, perseverance, and responsibility at the workplace.

Salary

Competitive salary package; Salary is negotiable upon hiring based on qualifications and experience, and is adjusted according to the workload/project;
