The company VALENT.MD - specializing in the installation of PVC and Aluminum windows and doors, is going through an active development phase, therefore we are looking for a Installation Team Operator
Responsibilities:
Organize and supervise the installers' work
Set up and coordinate meetings with clients for measurements and presenting quotes.
Monitor and assess the quality of installations performed
Collect and analyze client feedback regarding the completed work
Prepare periodic reports on the team's activities and the outcomes of the work
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in the field of PVC window installation
Ability to organize and oversee external installation teams
Ability to explain and convey the importance of quality finishes to teams in a constructive way.
Proficiency in Romanian and Russian
Quick use of WhatsApp and ability to work with a CRM system.

Salary - 15,000 - 18,000 MDL, + KPI depending on experience.
