Management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware systems.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of network and computing devices.
Technical support for employees, resolving IT incidents and problems.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and IT procedures.
Assembly, testing, and optimization of hardware for workstations.
Diagnosing and repairing hardware problems at the component level.
Monitoring the hardware health of the IT infrastructure.
Implementing and configuring new hardware equipment in the company.
Network cabling.
Higher education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
With or without experience.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
Knowledge of computer systems architecture.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes.
