We are looking for a MacBook and iMac Repair Technician.
Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues of MacBook and iMac devices.
Replacing defective components (screens, batteries, motherboards, etc.).
Installing and configuring macOS operating systems.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Previous experience in repairing Apple devices (MacBook, iMac, other similar products).
Advanced knowledge of Apple hardware and software.
Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Communication skills and customer orientation.
Knowledge of using service equipment and tools.
An advantage:
Apple Certification (ACMT - Apple Certified Mac Technician).
Experience with other Apple devices (iPhone, iPad).
