Company Market-Soft is seeking a Support Service Employee. For software and hardware support.
- Windows OS administration (installation and configuration);
- Working with peripheral equipment (setup, support);
- Networking. Setup and administration;
- Administration of company products (installation, support);
- Consulting and training clients on how to use company products;
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL;
- Working with the ticketing system;
- Accurate description of incidents and resolution processes;
- Escalating to the next level of support;
- Higher education. Technical or in IT;
- Fluent in Russian and Romanian;
- Valid driver's license class B (driving experience of at least 2 years);
- Hardworking, trainable, organized, result-oriented;
Possibility of business trips within the territory of the RM.
Salary based on interview results (base pay + bonus).
Full-time employment. Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00.
