The IT Support Specialist - Customer Support is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the company’s clients. This includes resolving technical issues, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring that they have the best possible experience using the company's IT products and services.
Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels;
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers;
Install, configure, and update software and hardware upon customer requests;
Document issues and solutions in the company's ticketing system;
Collaborate with other departments to solve complex problems;
Educate and guide customers in using IT products and services;
Monitor the performance of IT systems and recommend improvements;
Keep knowledge up-to-date regarding the company's products and technologies.
