Development and management of existing applications
Collaboration with international IT teams and local partners
Designing and implementing new features and integrating them with the core system
Defining new technical tasks and advancing them
Creating and maintaining reports
Optimizing IT processes for maximum efficiency
Managing IT projects and contributing to innovative initiatives
Maintenance and support for the company's website
Providing technical support for internal departments and end-users
Advanced studies in Computer Science or related fields
Solid understanding of business processes in the financial sector
Knowledge in networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, databases, and business application architecture
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and results-oriented
Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English
