IT specialist

• Ensure network maintenance - with responsibilities in installing, configuring, and maintaining segments of the local network, as well as maintaining computer systems and solving related problems:

• Ensure the monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting of network equipment (switches and routers) at the company's headquarters and its territorial branches;

• Perform installation and troubleshooting of software/hardware on workstations at the company's headquarters and its territorial branches;

• Is responsible for the installation and operation of equipment at the company's headquarters and its territorial branches (printers, scanners, etc.);

• Ensure the proper functioning of workstations: solving various software/hardware issues (replacing components);

• Perform upgrades/repairs of technical equipment;

• Provide Level 1 hardware and software support for the employees at the company's headquarters and its territorial branches;

• Perform the configuration of new user accounts, member groups, etc;

• Ensure the maintenance of relationships with service providers for printer maintenance and, if necessary, other IT equipment;

• Ensure the maintenance of relationships with Internet providers, in case of internet connection malfunctions, to resolve them;

• Conduct primary training of employees on the use of informational resources within the company;

• Keep track of IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners, etc.) and monitor their circulation.

• Studies in the field of information technology;

• Experience: minimum 1 year in the field;

• Software knowledge (Windows + related applications, Office, etc.);

• Ability to install and configure specific software;

• Knowledge related to the configuration and maintenance of Hardware;

• Knowledge related to the configuration and maintenance of computer networks;

• IT support experience is welcome;

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages, with a preference for technical English;

• Driving license category B.
