Modify and configure reports, user processes, and 1C access rights;
Collect requirements and convey technical specifications to developers;
Develop instructions for users regarding new functionalities;
Provide consultancy and support for users working with 1C;
Manage the maintenance process and liaise with the software developer.
What do we expect from the candidate?
Must Have:
Understanding of the 1C architecture (registers, setup, reports);
Experience in 1C version 8 (training, 1C courses are an advantage);
Understanding of the main business processes of a commercial company;
Responsibility, conscientiousness, discipline, and punctuality.
Nice to have:
Desire to accumulate and develop new knowledge in the field of information technology;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
Collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
