Responsibility

  • Identification and resolution of technical issues with equipment setup and software

  • Consultations with clients regarding system configurations

  • Customer service over the phone and remote connection to facilities

  • Testing equipment for functionality according to specified features

Obligations

  • Technical education;

  • Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, English (technical knowledge is an advantage);

  • Experience in installing Windows operating systems and software;

  • Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP);

  • Skills in configuring and routing network equipment;

  • Interest in security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Alarm Systems, Intercoms);

  • Responsibility for work performed;

  • Customer-oriented attitude;

  • Attention to detail, pursuit of self-education;

  • Organized, communicative, and eager to learn;
