We are Active Digital – a creative agency from Chișinău, collaborating with international brands and tech startups to create memorable digital experiences. We're looking for a talented Webflow Developer who is passionate about clean design and efficient development to join our team.
About the role:
You will be responsible for turning our designs (Figma) into fast, responsive, and pixel-perfect Webflow sites. You'll work alongside designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver complete, well-optimized, and easily maintainable projects.
- You will build websites for clients from the UK, US, Switzerland, and beyond;
- You will work in an interdisciplinary team (UX/UI, copy, project management);
- You will optimize everything: speed, interactions, mobile layout, and more;
- You will actively contribute to improving internal processes and documentation.
- Advanced experience in Webflow – structures, CMS, animations, and integration;
- Understand design – and know how to bring it to life exactly as it was envisioned;
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS (JS is a plus);
- An eye for detail, clean code, and scalable structures;
- Familiarity with SEO principles, web performance, and accessibility;
- Fluent written English – you will sometimes communicate with international clients;
- A portfolio with at least 2-3 real projects developed in Webflow.
