- Ensure continuous operation of IT infrastructure (maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals, networking equipment, and office machinery) as well as its development;
- Provide support and advice to users;
- Carry out technical maintenance of user workstations and office equipment;
- Minor repairs, replacement of consumables;
- Installation of operating systems and software;
- Diagnosing problems with software and hardware.
- Experience in software installation and configuration, setting up and maintaining peripheral office equipment;
- Basic knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Linux;
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack;
- Administration of Windows OS family;
- Network cabling;
- Ability to be responsive in solving issues and inquiries;
