Chief Technology Officer

Unifun is an IT company that has been developing IT products for Mobile Operators for over 12 years.
We operate in 70+ countries worldwide, with 125+ mobile operators.
Due to expansion, the company has opened a recruitment for the position of a Chief Technology Officer.

• Management of the entire IT department, including recruitment, training, and development of the IT specialist team;

• Optimization of business processes through the implementation of modern technological solutions;

• Maintaining and advancing the company's IT infrastructure at a high level;

• Ensuring the company's information security;

• Development and implementation of a KPI system to assess the effectiveness of IT projects;

• Solving complex IT tasks, providing consultation and assistance in project launches;

• Interaction with external suppliers and partners.

• Advanced degree in Information Technology or related technical fields;

• Deep knowledge in the field of Information Technology, including system architecture, cloud solutions, and information security;

• Experience in leading large teams and managing significant projects;

• Mandatory experience with Linux, PHP, SQL;

• Good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team;

• Proficiency in Russian language, knowledge of English is an advantage;

• Must be proactive, responsible, and attentive to detail.

Salary Range From $4000 USD

• High salary with reviews every 6 months;
