Control Compliance Officer

Due to our expansion, we have an open position for a Control Compliance Officer.

• Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and company standards;

• Analyzing reports from various units and identifying discrepancies;

• Developing recommendations to optimize internal workflows;

• Collaborating with various departments to enforce corporate rules and standards.

• The ability to analyze large volumes of information, draw conclusions, and propose solutions;

• Proficient in using a PC (MS Office);

• Knowledge of Russian is mandatory;

• Proficiency in Romanian and English will be an advantage;

• Work experience is not required.

Salary Range From $800

• High salary, reviewed every 6 months;
