The company ViTRA is searching for a talented and motivated CRM integrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our CRM systems to support our business objectives and to enhance our customer experience.
Implementation and configuration of CRM systems in accordance with our business requirements and processes.
Customization and development of CRM functionalities and reports to meet the specific needs of the company.
Integration of the CRM system with other systems and technological platforms used within our organization.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system and management of customer databases.
Creating and managing automated workflows and notifications to optimize operational processes.
Providing data and technical support for CRM users and handling system-related requests and incidents.
Monitoring CRM system performance, identifying, and implementing continuous improvements.
Previous experience in implementing and managing CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or other popular CRM platforms.
Solid knowledge of CRM system functionalities with experience in customizing and developing them.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers.
The ability to work under pressure and to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks.
A detail-oriented approach and heightened attention to data quality and security standards.
Relevant certifications in the CRM field are a plus.
