We are looking for a Computer and Network Equipment Technician who is dedicated and passionate about their work to join our team.
· Identification and remediation of hardware and software issues in the retail network and administrative office;
· Managing and ensuring the operation of all IT equipment, such as cash registers, printers, and internal networks;
· Providing support for the use of internal management and sales software, as well as maintenance of electronic equipment (cash registers, scales, scanners, etc.);
· Installing and updating software according to company policies;
· Training store staff in the use of IT equipment and software;
· Installing and updating software in accordance with company policies;
Compliance with company rules regarding the use of IT equipment.
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
· Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and TCP/IP protocols;
· Experience in managing local networks and peripherals;
· Communication skills and team player;
· Vigilance, high attention to detail;
· Smart solver- problem-solving ability;
· Responsibility and commitment;
· EQ (emotional intelligence) and general knowledge.
