We are recruiting a Business Consultant 1C , the role is dedicated to professionals with experience in 1C solutions, who wish to actively participate in complex technical projects and contribute to the implementation and optimization of software solutions.
Interacting with clients to identify specific needs and developing technical specifications for 1C solutions.
Creating technical documentation: Writing and updating detailed specifications (Technical Design Documents - TDD) for software solution development.
Testing and validation: Testing the developed functionalities and ensuring compliance with the initial requirements.
Support and training: Providing technical support and training for end users, ensuring that they can effectively use the implemented 1C solutions.
Collaboration with the technical team: Collaborating with the 1C programmer team to coordinate the implementation and integration of solutions into the existing infrastructure.
Technical Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in 1C consulting, including implementation, support, and training for 1C solutions.
Strong accounting knowledge and practical experience in using 1C (including in non-IT roles such as accountant or financial consultant).
Experience working with various 1C modules, such as ERP, Hospitals, Insurance, or Lending.
Ability to write detailed technical documentation and effectively collaborate with the development team and programmers.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and the ability to perform functional validations and integration.
Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and technical teams.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages is mandatory.

Work schedule: 5 days on/2 days off, 8 hours per day (08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00).
