- Provides in-house legal counsel across all areas relevant to the organization’s activities;
- Drafts, endorses, and revises contracts, addenda, notifications, and other legal documents;
- Monitors legislative changes and informs the involved departments about their impact;
- Represents the company in dealings with institutions, authorities, where necessary;
- Ensures the legal compliance of the company's activities and supports in preventing legal risks;
- Participates in drafting and reviewing internal policies, regulations.
