Ensuring the drafting of actions and legal documents addressed to the judicial courts and representing, within the scope of competence, the interests of the Agency in the courts.
Drafting opinions on the legislative drafts submitted to the Agency.
Ensuring the documentation and study of good community and international practices in the field of public procurement and dispute resolution.
Managing the process of examining claims registered in accordance with admissibility requirements, preparing decisions for the return of claims that do not meet legal requirements, and timely informing the claimants.
Approving and countersigning legal documents within the Agency.
must hold citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
possess Romanian and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
has full legal capacity to act;
has not reached the age of 63 years;
is physically fit to perform the public function in accordance with the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if there are special health requirements set for the respective position;
possesses the necessary educational qualifications prescribed for the respective public function;
in the last 5 years has not been dismissed from a public office according to Art. 64 (1) letters a) and b) or has not had a personal labor contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;
has no unexpunged criminal record for intentional offenses;
is not barred from holding certain positions or practicing certain activities as a primary or additional punishment, as a result of a final court sentence that imposed such prohibition;
is not prohibited from holding a public office or public dignity, which arises from an act of the National Integrity Authority.
Higher education completed in law, masters/doctoral studies in law will be an advantage;
Professional experience in the legal field - 1.5 years;
Knowledge of the legal framework in civil, administrative, public procurement law, knowledge in the field of utility sector procurements and concession of works and services will be an advantage;
Experience in public procurement and in handling/formulating complaints, examining petitions, as well as representing institutional/entity interests in court will be an advantage;
Work experience in the public sector will be an advantage;
Knowledge of an international language;
Computer proficiency and experience with data and information processing software, effective communication skills (verbal/written), planning, teamwork, training abilities.

- The salary ranges from 11,750 lei to 13,330 lei (depending on seniority);
- Monthly bonus - 1,300 lei;
- Performance bonus of up to 10% of the base salary;

Full time 08:00 - 17:00, lunch break 12:00 - 13:00, at the public institution's office.
