Drawing up legal documents to assist the lawyer
Representing the legal interests of the company;
Drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents;
Monitoring legislative changes;
Providing legal advice for various issues that may arise within the company.
Higher education in the legal field;
In-depth knowledge of civil law, commercial law, criminal law;
Communication and negotiation skills;
Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to work deadlines;
Computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite;
No experience or minimal experience in the legal field.
