Lawyer

• Ensuring the company's operations are in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova;

• Providing specialized legal assistance during negotiation and conclusion of contracts;

• Legal counseling for departments and their management;

• Representing the company's interests in dealings with state bodies, central or local public administration, courts (judicial officers), notarial offices, police, etc.;

• Participation in judicial and extrajudicial procedures;

• Reviewing internal procedures, instructions, regulations, and other documents;

• Developing the necessary documents for the company's departmental activities;

• Other activities according to the job description.

• Legal studies;

• Minimum 3 years practical experience in the legal field;

• Good knowledge of legislation;

• Proficient PC user;

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian;

• Analytical skills and ability to meet established deadlines;

• Thorough knowledge in the fields of civil law, labor law, administrative law;
